چکیده
This work is devoted to studying the conditions and scenarios for synchronizing oscillations of weakly coupled microbeam elements a differential resonant MEMS accelerometer operating in dual-loop self-oscillator mode. The model system two Van der Pol self-oscillators with nonlinear elastic coupling between moving elements, obtained using Galerkin method, was studied multiscale method. modes beats synchronization resonators are found analytically numerically, boundary these space parameters determined. Along local bifurcation analysis considered stationary regimes, global evolution branching limit cycles slow variables also carried out, which made it possible detect zones coexistence stable beat regimes their basins attraction. influence factor designed or technologically determined non-identity design on location parametric studied.

This paper presents the overall design of an industrial vibration transmitter using Micro Electro Mechanical System (MEMS) capacitive accelerometer. It describes the accelerometer sensor interfacing circuit, rms-to-dc converter and voltage to current loop converter circuit design, calibration procedure and mounting methods. The industrial vibration transmitter output can be customized to obtain...
متن کاملMEMS Accelerometer Readout
You work in a characterization laboratory af a MEMS company, and you have to design an electronic board in order to test a given capacitive accelerometer. The application of the sensor is vibration monitoring on a mechanical engine in a specific frequency range (from 40 Hz to 400 Hz). The MEMS device has a mass of 8nK g , a mechanical stiffness of 5N /m and a quality factor Q = 2. The capacitiv...
متن کاملSynchronization of weakly coupled oscillators: coupling, delay and topology
There are three key factors in a system of coupled oscillators that characterize the interaction between them: coupling (how to affect), delay (when to affect) and topology (whom to affect). The existing work on each of these factors has mainly focused on special cases. With new angles and tools, this paper makes progress in relaxing some assumptions on these factors. There are three main resul...
متن کاملMicrobeam-coupled capillary electrophoresis.
Within the first few microseconds following a charged particle traversal of a cell, numerous oxygen and nitrogen radicals are formed along the track. Presented here is a method, using capillary electrophoresis, for simultaneous measurement, within an individual cell, of specific reactive oxygen species, such as the superoxide radical ([Formula: see text]) as well as the native and oxidised form...
متن کاملModelling Synchronization in TCP Networks Using Weakly-Coupled Oscillators
In this paper, we consider a fluid model of a TCP network consisting of many edge routers directing traffic through a common core link equipped with a small buffer. We are interested in how packet loss at this core router can dynamically couple, and potentially synchronize, the edge traffic. By using concepts from weakly-coupled oscillator theory, we show that synchronization occurs when a so-c...
